The Annual General Meeting of Tonhalle-Gesellschaft Zürich AG will take place on Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at 5 p.m. in the Kleine Tonhalle.
Invitations will be sent out together with the annual report for the 2024/25 season by mid-December 2025 at the latest.
In accordance with Art. 14 of the Articles of Association, each shareholder may be represented at the Annual General Meeting by a third party who does not have to be a shareholder. Dr iur, LLM, Beat Badertscher, attorney-at-law, Badertscher Rechtsanwälte AG, Zurich, has been appointed as independent proxy.
Shareholders who individually or jointly represent either shares with a nominal value of at least CHF 1,000,000.00 or at least 5 % of the share capital may request that an item be placed on the agenda in accordance with Art. 11 of the Articles of Association.
Requests for items to be included on the agenda must be submitted in writing to Tonhalle-Gesellschaft Zürich AG, Ms Hedy Graber, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Gotthardstrasse 5, 8002 Zurich, by 12.00 noon on Thursday, 4 December 2025, together with a brief statement of reasons and proof of entitlement in accordance with Art. 11 of the Articles of Association.
