The next generation of conductors learns from our Music Director Paavo Järvi in the sixth Conductors' Academy and has the opportunity to work with the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich. Over the course of several days, the young conductors receive important technical and musical impulses. At the final concert, the audience will be able to vote for the winner of the Audience Award. Paavo Järvi also invites one participant to the Pärnu Music Festival with his scholarship.
