The final concert of the Conductors' Academy shows what the young conductors have learnt in the days leading up to it. They all conduct parts from very different works for orchestra; Martin Frutiger joins them as soloist in the two movements from Pēteris Vask's concerto for cor anglais. At the end, the audience can vote for the winner of the Audience Award. And Paavo Järvi will award an invitation to his Pärnu Music Festival with his scholarship.
